One of many tales goes that Count Camillo Negroni concocted this classic by asking the bartender, Fosco Scarselli in a bar in Venice, Italy to strengthen his favourite cocktail, the Americano, by adding gin rather than the normal soda water.
- 50ml Citrus Infusion Gin
- 50ml sweet red vermouth
- 50ml Campari
- Garnish with Orange peel
Stir into glass over ice, garnish and serve.
