The Floral Berry

This gin cocktail brings #Spring feels to a even the coldest Winter day with our Citrus Infusion Gin and garden inspired garnishes. An easy and fresh recipe.

Ingredients

50ml Citrus Infusion Gin
Strawberry ice
Tonic water
Edible flowers to garnish
A sprig of rosemary
Orange slice (optional)

Method

Drop strawberry pieces into your ice tray, topped up with water and freeze over night. Fill shaker with gin and tonic water and strain into your glass. Add your strawberry ice to the G&T and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and edible flowers (you can find these at Pick ‘n Pay).

The Grapefruit Sour

This gin cocktail boasts strong citrus flavours of grapefruit and lemon – creating the perfect sunshine-inspired drink to brighten up your day.

Ingredients

50ml Citrus Infusion Gin
1 grapefruit
1 large lemon
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Optional (Woolies Ruby Grapefruit)
Lemon rind roses (optional decor)

Method

Fill shaker with freshly squeezed grapefruit and lemon juice. Add your gin and simple syrup to the shaker and shake well. Strain into either a martini or whiskey glass. Add a lemon rind folded rose to a cocktail skewer and serve.


Pineapple Smash

This gin cocktail enhances the citrus flavours of our Citrus Infusion Gin – boasting strong flavours of fresh and light summer pineapples.

Ingredients

50ml Citrus Infusion Gin
Crushed ice
Dehydrated pineapple pieces
Fresh pineapple juice
A dash of cinnamon
Tonic water
Ginger ale
A sprig of mint

Method

Fill shaker with 1 part tonic water, 1 part ginger ale and a splash of fresh pineapple juice. Add your gin, a dash of cinnamon and crushed ice to the shaker and shake well. Strain into either a martini or whiskey glass. Add dehydrated pineapple and a sprig of mint to serve.

This vibrant, burnt orange cocktail showcases the pure citrus notes of our Citrus Infusion Gin – enhanced by a two toned fruity mix to liven up your gin bar.

Ingredients

50ml Citrus Infusion Gin
Crushed ice
Granadilla pulp
Sanpellegrino Blood Orange
Tonic water
A sprig of thyme

Method

Fill shaker with your gin, crushed ice and one part tonic water, 1 part granadilla pulp. Shake well and strain into a wide rim glass. Then watch your gin cocktail turn to blood orange as you top up with your Sanpellegrino. Add a sprig of thyme to serve.
